Selection criteria

Enterprise eligibility criteria

Small or medium-sized Moldovan enterprises (from 10 to 250 employees, in exceptional cases of up to 500 employees), operating in production, trade or service sectors

• The enterprise is majority privately owned
• The enterprise is majority locally owned
• Operating for a minimum of 2 years, demonstrating positive dynamics
• Have little or no previous experience of using external consultants or have scarce resources to finance a complete project

BAS Programme’s exclusions

• Enterprises operating in primary agriculture, real estate development, military products/services, tobacco and vodka/spirits production, banking and gambling
• Enterprises requiring radical restructuring
