Information for enterprises

Step by step scenario

The enterprise submits to the local BAS Programme office the completed Application Form, copy of Certificate of Registration, copies of the past two years balance sheets, excerpt from the State Registry of enterprises.

1. The enterprise is assessed by the BAS team according to the established eligibility criteria
2. The Project proposal is approved by the BAS team
3. The enterprise and BAS team discuss the selection of the relevant consultant
4. In case the chosen consultant is not accredited by BAS, he submits the Accreditation Form and the required accompanying documents, and passes the accreditation procedure
5. The project’s terms of reference is agreed with BAS, the enterprise and the consultant
6. The Contracts prepared and signed in English/Romanian (the English version prevails):
• Contract between the enterprise and the consultant;
• Grant Agreement between the BAS Programme and the enterprise;
7. Monitoring process through project implementation stage
8. The enterprise informs BAS team about the satisfactory completion of the project and submits the consultant’s final report and accompanying documents (including proof of payment by the enterprise of 100% of total project cost to the consultant)
9. The BAS team visits the enterprise, analyses the project results and transfers the agreed Grant to the enterprise’s bank account
10. One year after project completion, the BAS team visits the enterprise to evaluate the project impact
    
    
    

IMPORTANT:

BAS Moldova Programme periodically examines the prices for consulting services applied on the market. In case the prices will be unjustifiably raised for a certain project, BAS Moldova Programme reserves the right to renounce financing the project.
